SUNDOWN RIVER RESORT
Hunt Texas, in the Texas
Hill Country is where you will find the perfect secluded B & B over
looking the scenic Guadalupe River and tall bluffs. The Sundown
River Resort has spacious yards with large shady oaks and hammocks
that welcome guests to read, bird watch, or just relax. The
riverfront dock has additional tables and lounge chairs for swimmers
and boating. Sundown has been described as very relaxing and
beautiful place, so come have fun and relax and escape the stress of
modern life, even if it is only for a short time.
Accommodations include four private units. Two condos have two
bedrooms each and two single bedroom units with king size beds. For

A full gourmet breakfast is served on the
deck overlooking the river & bluff. The rest of the day can be
filled with canoeing; kayaking, tubing, fishing, swimming, biking,
or you can lie back in a hammock and read a book. There is also a
childrens playground, picnic and barbecue facilities, and fire pit
down at the river.
Also enjoy a natural stone hot tub under the beautiful Texas stars
overlooking the river. The proprietor can direct you to the many
local events, which are scheduled throughout the year along with
antique shops, arts & crafts and local eateries. "Free wireless

1/2 miles past the Hunt Post Office on the South fork of the

Two
night minimum ; three night minimum on camp closing weekends & Major
Holidays
A
non-refundable reservation fee of $25 & first nights room deposit
required.
Room rate include full gourmet breakfast and use of canoes and
kayaks.

about special rates for weekdays & special events
Advance bookings (3 months
+) require 3 nights minimum
There is a $10.00 charge
for each additional guest in the Off
season & $20 charge in
the Peak Season .
Cancellation Policy:
Two
(2) weeks prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less $25
reservation fee.
Camp
closing weekends &
major Holidays, Four (4)
weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
Advance bookings no refund. You are
responsible for the days booked.
No
refunds for early departure.
'No
